Do you prefer to host CourseMax CRM on your own servers? The On-Premise version has all the same features as CourseMax CRM On-Line. CourseMax CRM - On-Premise integrates seamlessly with the Community just like the Online version. Get the 30-Day online free-trial if you want to kick the tires first. Licensing for CourseMax CRM On-Premise consists of multiple components including:

• Server Licenses: One-time charge (Perpetual License) per server. A small installation (less than 50 users) will require one of each server license.
• Client Licenses (User/Client/CAL): One-time charge (Perpetual License) per user. You will need a license for each user that acceses the CRM user interface. This does not include users that only access the community. In most cases, your training managers, salespeople, and customer service staff will need a client license. Instructors don't typically require a client license but you may wish to provide them one depending on their work requirements. Customers do not access the CourseMax CRM user interface and don't require a license.
• CourseMax Maintenance: Maintenance is purchased on an annual basis. When you purchase maintenance, you will receive all upgrades to the software for the covered period
• Microsoft Software Assurance: Microsoft Software Assurance provides access to new software versions that are released. With software assurance, your licenses will automatically be upgraded to the new version when it is released.

Required Microsoft Software Licenses

The following Microsoft Licenses are required for CourseMax CRM. You may already own some or all of these licenses. If you don't already have them, you can purchase them from CourseMax or your preferred software vendor. The following prices are based on Microsoft Open Business licensing.  You may qualify for Academic licensing with significantly reduced prices or you may participate in a different Microsoft licensing program such as Open Value, Select, or Enterprise agreement.

Optional Microsoft Software Licenses

The following Microsoft Licenses are optional. If you don't already have e-mail & calendaring software, CourseMax recommends the industry-leading Microsoft Exchange Server. CourseMax CRM will also work with other POP/SMTP e-mail server solutions. You can also purchase these licenses from CourseMax or your preferred software vendor.

You can access the CourseMax support forums and online materials at no charge. If you wish to add telephone support and e-mail support for your On-Premise product, you may purchase an annual support agreement or pay on a per-incident basis.
