Do you prefer to host CourseMax CRM on your own servers?
The On-Premise version has all the same features as CourseMax CRM On-Line.
CourseMax CRM - On-Premise integrates seamlessly with the Community just like
the Online version. Get the 30-Day online free-trial if you want to kick the tires first.
When you are ready, you can buy the On-Premise version. Contact our sales department and we will provide you with
a custom quote that meets your specific requirements.
Licensing for CourseMax CRM On-Premise consists of multiple components including:
- Server Licenses: One-time charge (Perpetual License) per server.
A small installation (less than 50 users) will require one of each server license.
- Client Licenses (User/Client/CAL): One-time charge (Perpetual License) per user.
You will need a license for each user that acceses the CRM user interface. This
does not include users that only access the community. In most cases, your training managers,
salespeople, and customer service staff will need a client license. Instructors don't typically
require a client license but you may wish to provide them one depending on their work requirements.
Customers do not access the CourseMax CRM user interface and don't require a license.
- CourseMax Maintenance: Maintenance is purchased on an annual basis. When you purchase maintenance,
you will receive all upgrades to the software for the covered period
- Microsoft Software Assurance: Microsoft Software Assurance provides access to new software versions
that are released. With software assurance, your licenses will automatically be upgraded to the new version when it is released.
Requirements
CourseMax CRM On-Premise runs on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server. The requirements for CourseMax CRM
On-Premise are the same as the requirements for the Microsoft product which can be found
